The Company has formulated the "Code of Practice on Corporate Social Responsibility", which has been approved and adopted by the Board of Directors for the record, to conduct a risk assessment related to important issues in relation to the principle of materiality of CSR, and based on the assessed risks, the Company has formulated the relevant risk management policies or strategies as follows.

| Environment | Environmental Protection and Ecological Conservation | Our company has passed the ISO 14001:2015 international environmental management system certification and joined the FSC-CoC chain of custody. Our company is committed to environmental protection and has formulated an environmental management manual to establish and maintain an environmental management system based on the concept of "Planning, Execution, Checking and Action" (PDCA). Our company is committed to maintaining the environment inside and outside of the factory, and the environment and environmental protection are all in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, and we have a GMP production environment and management. The Industrial Safety Division of the Management Department is responsible for the regular maintenance of environmental beautification and the implementation of the 5S (Sorting, Straightening, Cleaning, Sweeping, and Shaping) competition in each factory, and the General Affairs Division coordinates the staff responsible for the maintenance of environmental cleanliness. |

Occupational Safety | Our company has passed the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Safety and Health Management System Certification and has formulated an occupational safety policy: compliance with legal requirements, reduction of hazardous risks, strengthening of training and communication, and continuous improvement. In addition to implementing the courses required by laws and regulations, our company has drawn up a safety, health and environmental protection education and training plan based on the actual needs of the factory, and organizes related courses on a regular or irregular basis to strengthen the safety and health responsibilities and awareness of our employees. |
