Our company has passed ISO45001:2018 Occupational Safety and Health Management System Certification and ISO 14001:2015 International Environmental Management System Certification. In order to prevent occupational disasters, protect workers' safety and health, and ensure that safety and hygiene items comply with relevant laws and regulations to minimize the loss of life and property, the Company has established "Safety and Health Management Procedures" in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Labor Safety and Health Act, the Labor Safety and Health Organization Management and Autonomous Inspection Measures, and the Facility Rules of the Labor Safety and Health Act, etc., so that all employees of the Company, contractors, third-parties, and suppliers are allowed to enter the South Sixth Plant area for work or activities. All personnel entering the South Sixth Factory for operations or activities are applicable, and regular training on safety and health education for preventing disasters is provided to the employees on duty. The company provides all employees with regular health checkups and fire drills every year, and continues to conduct employee training, advocacy, communication, and consultation, and urges all employees to participate in improving and caring for environmental facilities, and to establish a healthy and energetic enterprise through the operation of an autonomous safety and health management system.

Our company holds safety and hygiene as a major responsibility of the management, and we firmly believe that employees are the biggest asset of our company, and their importance is no less than that of quality and production. Based on this understanding, in addition to the requirement to incorporate occupational safety and health work into the daily management system, and through scientific and technological actions to assist the management, encourage plant-wide safety awareness and participation of all employees, to achieve the purpose of reducing risks and minimizing occupational accidents. In accordance with this basic purpose, we will document our policy to effectively communicate to all employees and other stakeholders, and commit to the implementation of occupational safety and health management and continuous improvement of the determination of the following: .

• Strengthen training and communication: We regularly organize two workplace safety seminars and drills each year to strengthen related education and training, publicize and ensure good internal and external communication, and guide all employees, suppliers, third-party companies and visitors to the safety and health awareness.

Measurement of on-site operating environment
