It was founded in 1978 by Mr. Huang Qingshan in Qiaotou Township, Kaohsiung County. Based on his emotions and rewards for his hometown of Liujia, Tainan, he named the company "Nanliu". In the early days, it was engaged in the production and sales of household products such as vegetable cloth and grinding wheels. Feeling the importance of industrial upgrading to the company's market competitiveness, in 1992 it became the first company in Taiwan to use foreign carding machines for hot-pressing and hot-air products. Export business accounts for more than half of the overall business, and has long been well received by well-known manufacturers in Japan, the United States, Southeast Asia and other countries.
