Founder Huang Ching Shan
Huang Ching-Shan: Born in Liou-Chia District, Tainan City, he is currently the Chairman of Nan-Liu Enterprise Co., Ltd, Honorary Chairman of Kaohsiung County Industrial Association, Honorary Chairman of Taiwan Non-Woven Fabrics Industry Association, President of Asia Non-Woven Fabrics Association (ANFA), Chairman of Taiwan Huang's Clansmen's Association, Honorary Doctorate of National Kaohsiung University of Applied Science and Technology, Honorary Professor of Cheng-Hsiu University of Science and Technology, and Honorary Professor of Ling-Dong University of Science and Technology.
Company Profile
"Ltd. was founded by Mr. Ching-Shan Huang in 1978 in Chiaotou Township, Kaohsiung County. Based on his feelings and returns to his hometown, he named the company "Nan-Liu", and initially engaged in the production and marketing of household products such as vegetable cloths and abrasive wheels, etc. Feeling the importance of industrial upgrading to the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market, we became the first company in Taiwan to use the hot-pressure and hot-air products of foreign carding machines in 1992. The export business accounts for more than half of the total business, and has long been well received by well-known manufacturers in Japan, the United States, and Southeast Asia.
In response to the momentum and displacement of global business opportunities, we planned to replicate the successful experience of Taiwan to China, and set up a new factory of 120 acres in Pinghu Economic Development Zone, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, in 2005, investing in the largest machine width of 4.5M hydroentanglement equipment in Europe. In addition to supplying the original sanitary materials, we are also active in the development of surgical gowns, medical bed sheets, and dust-free high-end wipes, which enhances the technological level and added value of our products; The biotech plant has a total area of 4,500 square meters, with GMP production environment and management, and adopts medical grade EDI ultra-pure water equipment, which upgrades the quality and gives customers a competitive edge. The hot press and hot air non-woven production line was put into production in the second quarter of 2008, providing diaper and sanitary napkin surface materials with stable quality, and has been receiving positive feedback and orders from major international companies. South Asia production base will be built in 2019 in Ahmedabad, a city in the northwestern part of India. Currently, 42,000 square meters of land has been allocated for the Nanliu India production base, and Nanliu's business scope in India extends to a variety of areas, such as the production of hygiene materials, gowns, medical bed sheets, and high-end dust-free wipes.

Future Prospects
By flattening the organization, effectively integrating resources, leading the team with an innovative and reforming mindset, and combining a multi-faceted business model, we are able to implement our vision of high-tech, high-automation, and high-quality, and to strengthen our roots in the full range of non-woven fabrics; we are also able to implement process management to improve the production process, reduce production costs, and enhance our key global competitiveness.
Nanliu's investment in the Pinghu plant in China has reached an economic scale. The head office in Taiwan is scheduled to start up and put into production in the first half of 2019 due to the urban plan, which has naturalized it into a new township development area and business district, five minutes away from the head office, with a new plant of 100,000M2 planned.
The plant in Ahmedabad, India will start construction in early 2019, and new production plants will be set up in other Southeast Asian countries in the next three years. We will build up our resources and grasp the globalization of the operation layout to win the global business opportunities.
