  1. A shareholders' meeting is held in the second quarter of each year. Shareholders can exercise their voting rights through electronic means and fully participate in the voting process of motions.
  2. Quarterly financial reports are published, and the annual report of the shareholders' meeting and the operating report are issued annually for investors' information.
  3. Monthly announcements of the previous month's revenue and revenue statistics by product are made on the Market Observation Post System (MOP) and the Company's website for investors' reference.
  4. An "Investor Zone" is set up on the Company's website to update the latest information from time to time according to the current situation of the Company for investors' reference. The name, telephone number and email address of the investor window are also posted on the Company's website to facilitate investors' enquiries and feedback.

  1. Provider Selection:
    In accordance with internal procurement-related internal control procedures and procurement practices, we conduct annual supplier evaluations of new suppliers and major suppliers, requiring suppliers to pass relevant certifications, and evaluating quality, price, service, and speed as the main items.
  2. Supply Chain Management:
    We conduct semi-annual assessments of our major suppliers, focusing on quality, delivery, and cooperation. The Company communicates with suppliers on a regular basis and visits them from time to time to stabilize the cooperation intention of both parties, and emphasizes the Company's demand for environmental protection and human rights regulations in order to implement the corporate governance of the supply chain.

Our company has passed the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health Management System Certification and arranges various activities to promote the physical and mental health of our employees, such as staff dinners, etc. We have also set up a contact window in the employee section of our company website to provide contact phone numbers and emails to communicate with our employees in a two-way manner.
