2017

Groundbreaking for the new Yan Chao plant in Taiwan in February.
In March, we were awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Sustainability Award by SGS International, and passed the ISO 9001 2015 new version certification & ISO 14001 2015 new version certification.
In May, according to the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Executive Yuan, starting from 2017.06.01, "Wet Wipes for Babies" was included in the management of cosmetics, and the Qiaotou factory was registered and approved in May (the first one in Taiwan). In September, NANLIU MANUFACTURING (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED was established.
In December, Nan Liu Enterprise Co., Ltd. was awarded the "Quality Model Award for Change and Innovation Management" by SGS.
Dec. ISO13485 passed the new version of 2016 certification.

2016

In March, Nanlu (Pinghu) was awarded the 9th place in industrial sales and 11th place in tax payment in Pinghu Economic Development Zone.
Participated in the Global Nonwoven Expo in Boston, USA in May, September, Global Nonwoven Top 40 Ranking was announced - Ranked 24th in South China and 4th in Asia.

2015

In January, the Taiwan Southern Sixth Charity Foundation was officially approved to be established.
In January, the first foreign investor in Pinghu, Zhejiang Province applied for approval of the Pinghu South Sixth Enterprise Charity Foundation, which began operation and execution. Phase IV R&D workshop of Continental's Pinghu plant & added 3.8m hot air non-woven fabrics, started production in spring 2015
In the second quarter, Taiwan and Pinghu each added 2 sets of imported automatic mask processing equipment.
Increased one production line of sachet wipes in Pinghu, Zhejiang Province in the third quarter.
At the end of May, the company was awarded the "Third Outstanding Enterprise Award" by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and was presented with a medal by the Chief Executive, Mr. Mao Zhiguo. The yearly global non-woven fabrics Top 40 ranking was announced - 24th in South China and 2nd in Asia.

2014

Consolidated annual revenue was NT$5.33 billion.

2013

Cash capital increase to NT$726 million.Consolidated annual revenue was NT$4,568 million.
Approved by the stock exchange and listed on May 7 of that year.
The additional 6.2-meter water-needle fabric production line at the Pinghu Plant in Mainland China was officially put into production in the fourth quarter.
Increased fully automatic production line for wet wipes; one production line for large packages in TW factory and one production line for small packages in China factory.
Ranked 32nd in the world for non-woven fabrics in 2013.

2012

Cash capital increase was processed to increase the capital to NT$645 million with a consolidated annual revenue of NT$3.7 billion.

Obtained ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system certification. The quality of the fabrics used in surgical garments was recognized by the customers and the orders were shipped.

2009

Capitalization was increased to NT$468 million from surplus and consolidated annual revenue was NT$2.32 billion. Obtained a letter of certification from the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), stating that the company's headquarters is located in Taiwan. Surgical gown fabrics of Pinghu Plant in China passed EN 13795 and AAMI certification.

2008

Consolidated annual revenue of NT$1.9 billion. Pinghu Plant in Mainland China started production in the second quarter and obtained GMPC and ISO 9001 certificates, as well as a hygiene license for cosmetic production. Established Nan Liu Singapore Company in December.

2007

Annual revenue of 1.69 billion dollars. Surgical Protective Clothing - Composite Fabric successfully developed and quality certified Production line installed in Continental Pinghu Plant, with a total area of 4,500 square meters of biotechnology plant, with GMPC production environment and management, using medical grade EDI ultra-pure water equipment.

2006

Capitalization was increased to NT$423 million by transferring the surplus to capital. Biotech products accounted for 30.6% of annual revenue, with annual revenue of NT$1.53 billion. Surgical gown-composite fabric successfully developed--Certification in progress.

2005

Capitalization was increased to NT$384.57 million by capitalizing on the surplus, and the second production line of water needles was put into mass production in the third quarter. Biotech products accounted for 35.28% of annual revenue, with annual revenue of NT$1.42 billion. The construction of Pinghu Plant in Mainland China started.

2004

The capitalization was increased to NT$349.569 million by capitalizing the surplus and adding a second production line for water needles, which is expected to be mass-produced in the third quarter of 2005 and will increase annual revenue by NT$600 million. Biotech products accounted for 28% of annual revenue, with annual revenue of NT$1.3 billion.

Capitalization was increased to NT$275 million by capitalization of the surplus, and the orders for water-needle fabrics and other products at the Yen Chao plant exceeded production capacity, resulting in a 22% increase in turnover.

2000

(Aqua Needle Cloth Production Line, Wet Wipes Manufacturing Machine) Installation and commissioning was completed in September, producing high-tech, high-quality Aqua Needle Cloth, which is widely used in household wipes, soft wipes, paper pants, travel towels, PU synthetic leather and so on. The capitalization was increased to NT$250 million. On July 7 of the same year, the stock was issued to the public.

1999

Increased capital by NT$34.02 million in cash and NT$197.82 million in capital surplus to establish the second factory. Purchased the production line equipment for water jet machines and passed ISO 9001 certification.

1998

(Hot Press No. 3) Successful test run and mass production of "Thibau" and "Kuster" high speed hot press production line in Germany. In the same year, capitalization was increased to NT$126 million.

1997

The capitalization was increased to NT$96 million for the purchase of the third hot press production line equipment.

1995

Purchased (Hot Air No. 1) a German "Hergeth" card with a Japanese "Hirano" hot air non-woven fabrics unit and completed installation in March of the same year. In April, we added another hot melt type non-woven fabric machine to our fleet.

1994

Purchase of carding machine from "Spinnbau", Germany (hot press No. 2) in combination with hot melt machine B from "Ramisch".

1993

Increased capital to NT$66 million.
In December of the same year, a needle rolling machine from Dilo was introduced.

1991

Purchased (Hot Press No. 1) carding machine made by "Spinnbau" from Germany and hot melt machine B from "Ramisch" to produce hot melt non-woven fabrics using Danish "Danaklon" fiber. We supply to Taiwan and overseas diaper manufacturers.

1988

Purchased two high-performance non-woven production lines specializing in the production of bra padding products for use by Wacoal, Triumph and other manufacturers in Taiwan.
Capitalization increased to NT$29 million.

1985

Increased capitalization to NT$10 million. The production line for non-woven fabrics was added, and we started production from fiber to finished product. Ltd. of Hainan City, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan, as the sole agent for the Japanese market, and began to sell high-quality household linoleum to Japan. At the same time, the quality of our products passed the inspection of the Japanese Food Sanitation Law No. 20.

1980

Ltd. was established by merging with "Nan Liu Enterprise Society" at No. 88, Penxiu Road, Qiaotou District, Kaohsiung City, with a capital of NT$6.6 million, and at the same time, the products of abrasive materials were also successfully developed. The site area is 1200m².

1978

Ltd. was established at No. 166, Dingjin Rd., Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, with a capital of NT$1,000,000,000 for the production and sale of household linens.
