South Lukes Charitable Foundation receives the South City Council Outstanding Corporate Organization Award.

The Ministry of the Interior, in order to make disaster prevention and rescue work rooted downward, launched the Disaster Prevention and Rescue Deep Cultivation Plan to enhance the disaster prevention and rescue capabilities of each (town, city, district) public office, and to strengthen the public's awareness of self-help and mutual aid in disaster prevention, Tainan City Government's Disaster Prevention and Rescue Team, in conjunction with the Cheng Kung University's Center for Disaster Prevention and Rescue Studies, promoted the Disaster Prevention and Rescue Deep Cultivation 3rd Phase Plan.

On October 19th, Tainan City Government held an award ceremony for the 3rd phase of the Disaster Prevention and Rescue Program. In one of the awards, Mr. Chua, the Executive Director of Tainan Sixth Charitable Foundation, received the award on behalf of Tainan Sixth Charitable Foundation.

Tainan Mayor Huang Weizhe said that Nanliu Enterprise is one of the national mask teams, and in recent years, through the Nanliu Charity Foundation, it has sponsored the organization of arts and cultural activities in Liujia District, produced disaster prevention and evacuation signboards and publicity materials, and provided epidemic prevention supplies during the epidemic, as well as ordering lunch boxes and hiring delivery workers to deliver meals to the homes of disadvantaged elders twice a day for more than a decade. The charity central kitchen, which includes a kitchen, a dining room, and recreational, meeting, and art functions for elders to have meals and gatherings, is an enterprise that contributes to the national society and the countryside.

Chen Qirong, Mayor of Tainan Lioujia District, said: Although Chairman Huang Ching-shan of Nanliu Enterprise started his business overseas, the company was named Nanliu because he was born in Tainan Lioujia and always remembers his hometown in his heart. His spirit of not forgetting his roots and thinking of the source of his roots and his assistance in public welfare are examples and benchmarks for us to learn from.

Jiang Linhuang, Director of the Tainan City Civil Affairs Bureau, said that he admired the many contributions of the Sixth Southern Enterprise and was especially grateful to Chairman Huang for his dedication to school education, disadvantaged groups, agricultural product marketing, epidemic prevention supplies, and the arts and humanities.

Lin Ting-kwai, director of the Tainan Batian and Yi Culture and Arts Foundation, emphasized that Chairman Huang Ching-shan's love of his village and his love of his community is well known. Even as a large entrepreneur, he still maintains his low-profile and down-to-earth nature, and he never asks for fame or ostentation in his dealings with others; whenever his village lacks resources, he will do his best to contribute generously when he learns about it. This spirit of love has also been deeply imprinted on our young friends. Many young people in Luk Kah have been helped by Chairman Huang, and they are also giving back to their villages by utilizing their own strengths, and this spirit of love will continue to be passed on under Chairman Huang's example.
