Nanliu, a major manufacturer of non-woven fabrics in China and known as the "King of Masks" (6504-TW) Chairman Ching-Shan Huang has achieved a 2,313% growth in shareholders' return since he took office in 2002, ranking 9th among CEOs of Taiwan-listed companies, and the only one of the top 10 companies headquartered in Southern Taiwan. Ching-Shan Huang has extended the application of its products, expanded its production bases, and continued to look for the second and third growth curves. Starting out as a manufacturer of gas burner pads and cucumber cloth, he became Taiwan's largest cucumber cloth manufacturer in 1981 and Asia's largest supplier of diapers and wet wipes in 1986, before investing in the facial mask industry and then focusing on the biotech industry.
In recent years, Nanliu has invested tens of billions of dollars, including the relocation of its headquarters in Yanshao factory and the completion of the installation of machines at the end of 2018, which cost a total of 3 billion dollars; the U.S.-China trade war, in line with the requirements of foreign manufacturers to manufacture in Taiwan, and the outbreak of the epidemic in line with the government's efforts to strengthen the supply of masks to build its own meltblowers and masks, an investment of 3.5 billion dollars; the capital expenditure on the establishment of a plant in India of about 1 billion dollars; in future, there is a plant in Vietnam, the second phase of the investment in India, and the establishment of another R & D center in Taiwan. Huang Ching-shan was recently elected as the 13th President of Kaohsiung City Gangdu Association (Gangdu OTC Entrepreneurs Association), the 4th Kaohsiung City Top Ten Outstanding Citizens Award for Lifelong Contributions to Social Responsibility, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bada-Yoichi Culture and Arts Foundation.

Huang Ching-shan said that there is a great expectation in his heart, and he does not want to see people suffering, his outlook on life is to overcome difficulties, not to give in, and to break through any difficulties he encounters, and when the enterprise has a surplus, he sets up a foundation to help his hometown, the company's location, and the sponsorship has not ceased, in addition to adopting the migrant villages, as there are fewer resources in the migrant villages, and there are fewer enterprises that can help them.
He said that when many elders came to thank him for the help, it made them very happy, and the joy and feeling in his heart will always be there in his heart.
